Yes, if you want to swim with wild dolphins it is strongly recommended that you are a good swimmer. You should be able to handle currents, waves, depth, and possibly unexpected behavior from the animals.

I am seesick. What to do?

Before departure take a pill against seesickness. Look for a spot with less movement: Go to the middle of the ship, preferably low near the water's surface. That's where it moves the least. Look at the horizon: Focus your gaze on a fixed point in the distance. This helps stabilize your balance organ.

Fresh air: Go outside if possible. Avoid stuffy or poorly ventilated areas. Stay still or lie down: Lying down (with closed eyes) can help reset your sense of balance. Avoid screens or reading: These things disrupt your balance even more. Hydration: Drink water in small sips. Avoid alcohol and caffeine.

Do you garantee we can snorkel with wild dolphins?

No, there is no 100% guarantee that you will see dolphins in Sataya (also known as "Dolphin House"), because they are wild animals and behave unpredictably. However, the chance is very high. According to providers – and visitor experiences – the following chances are mentioned:Search trips generally achieve a 95% to 99% chance of seeing dolphins, especially in the sun-drenched, quiet bay of Sataya. Some day trips even report sighting percentages around 90–95%. However, it remains important to know that dolphins are free and their presence in the lagoon depends on natural factors such as weather conditions, wind, and current. During windy or rough weather, they may stay elsewhere.  Also, during diving trips it can happen that dolphins stay above water and do not come into the water; snorkeling increases the chance that you will see them.

Can I reach my homefront when needed?

There is no WIFI on board. We will find a better connection in the ocean. If neede the tour operator can contact you home. If you want to have internet you can buy a card at the airport. Good connection depends on the wind.
